What better way to celebrate a third birthday party for a little girl than a sweet tea party.
The set up
Adding beautiful table linen with satin overlay or runner sets the stage for the table.
Vintage tea cups with saucers and plates for the cake give it a rustic feel.
Use mason jars for flowers (we love sweet peas or peonies) is a wonderful added touch and makes the tablescape so sweet. Also consider doilies, napkins with napkin rings, and tiered trays for finger foods.
And in case you were wondering if we really served tea, pink lemonade is the culprit.
Avery’s invitations were from Huckleberry Paper. They do a beautiful job hand crafting invitations. This party invite is also available in the the art prints collection, Bloom Where you Are Planted. And they are made in the USA.
No matter what tea party elements you bring into your little girls birthday party, make sure you take a moment to sit back and watch your daughter enjoy the magic and fun.
